Sales Representative
Job Purpose

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Acquire new accounts by establishing relationships with potential customers

Service and support existing clients by building close, working relationships

Monitor and coordinate jobsite pilots
-
Perform concrete field testing
-
Dose admixtures to concrete loads
-
Provide verbal and written feedback to management

This position will require active involvement in local trade associations

Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed
-
Other duties assigned as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
3+ years’ experience in sales to the concrete industry

Ability to effectively manage time and multi task
-
Ability to work safely in a busy construction environment
-
Willingness to work odd hours and Saturday’s if necessary
-
Ability to use Microsoft Office products
